A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to enhance
customer advocacy and drive growth through engaging marketing
campaigns in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing programs to achieve retention growth and revenue
targets
Strategize and manage recurring customer communications and
engagements
Foster a customer advocacy program and measure the impact of
marketing activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent
experience
3+ years of experience in demand generation or customer
campaigns
Proven partnership with cross-functional teams, including account
management and sales
Experience prioritizing and driving projects to completion in a
fast-paced environment
