Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer III to manage complex
customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical point of escalation for customer issues,
collaborating with support and engineering teams
Implement and maintain enterprise-class solutions while ensuring
the integrity and accessibility of the cloud environment
Develop technical training and mentor team members on
customer-related issues
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of technical engineering and administration experience,
including 3-4 years in a commercial environment
Experience with high-availability, high-performance web
technologies and cloud platforms
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js,
Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java
Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows OS and relevant configuration
management systems
Experience in automating and orchestrating workloads across
multiple public cloud providers
