A company is looking for a Director, Salesforce Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce practitioners, ensuring
adherence to best practices
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce
solutions for contact centers
Manage client relationships and facilitate requirements definition
and solution design workshops
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience with Salesforce and multiple full lifecycle
implementations
10+ years of experience in enterprise software applications
Salesforce certifications in Administrator, Service Cloud, and
Experience Cloud preferred
Industry-specific experience in sectors such as finance,
healthcare, or retail
