Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical
Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and filing of all required SEC reports and
ensure compliance with SEC regulations
Manage the preparation of accurate financial statements in
accordance with US GAAP and assist with monthly reporting
packages
Mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional
stakeholders for accurate reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; active CPA
license is a plus
8+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting function
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial
reporting requirements
Experience with financial reporting tools and systems
Mix of industry experience and public accounting preferred
