Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to
oversee compliance programs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines
impacting company operations
Enhance and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and
manage training initiatives
Prepare regulatory reports and assist in investigations of
compliance violations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field;
Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance,
preferably in the SaaS and Financial industry
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR
and FCPA
Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
