Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) to provide remote patient care support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual patient rounding and safety monitoring
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Assist with admissions, patient education, and discharge
instructions
Required Qualifications
Multi-state active LPN license in the state of residence
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association
3+ years of previous nursing experience in Med Surge preferred
Proficient in medical software and electronic health records
Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
