Northbrook Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is now hiring experienced per diem Physical Therapists (PT) to provide services to patients including assessment, treatment, screening, planning and implementation, as well as documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and foster optimal outcomes. It is incumbent upon all staff to promote a positive working environment and to serve as role models in the area of professional behavior. The Physical Therapist (PT) must possess a degree in physical therapy from an accredited university program and be professionally trained, licensed, and meets the qualifications set forth by the State Licensing Board.
