Job Description:
A company is looking for an FCRA Support Specialist (Remote) to
assist with asset verification requests and support financial
institutions and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships and provide support to field offices,
agencies, and financial institutions
Contact financial institutions to correct or update previously
responded to requests
Conduct quality control reviews and assist in resolving operational
errors
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
At least 1 year of data entry experience preferred
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to pass a standardized proficiency test for 10 key skills
and typing speed of at least 50 wpm
