Patient Transporter

**Location:** UF HEALTH JACKSONVILLE - 73122002

**Workdays/shifts** **_:_** Weekdays - afternoon/evening shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

**Employment Type:** Part-time

**Pay Range:** $15 per hour - $15 per hour

**What You'll Do:** As a Patient Transporter at Sodexo, you will put patients at ease with a big smile and big heart, getting them where they need to go. This is a key role within our hospital team and your contributions will have a big impact on the well-being of patients.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Transfer patients in a safe and appropriate manner by means of walking, wheelchair, stretcher, or beds.

+ May escort or transport patients or deceased individuals within a hospital, senior living, or another medical facility.

+ Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

+ Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

+ High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
