Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Systems Analyst II to ensure
software systems meet business needs through testing and
analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation workflows and Excel Macros for data
analysis and reporting
Test applications and systems, ensuring changes meet user
expectations and documenting defects
Participate in design reviews and assist with production issue
resolution from call centers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3 or more years of experience in a Health Insurance enterprise
1 or more years of experience with software testing or
configuration in a healthcare organization (preferred)
2 or more years in a quality improvement or system testing role
within an SDLC
Advanced software testing certifications (preferred)
