Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Administrative Coordinator
to provide essential support to Independent Living Homes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks and support ongoing projects
Coordinate and communicate with staff and residents
Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth
operation of Independent Living Homes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary
education highly preferred
Six months of professional experience working with individuals with
developmental disabilities or related conditions required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and
inclusion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word,
Publisher, and Outlook
