Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative II who
will process and maintain eligibility information for individual
and employer groups.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate eligibility records for individuals and employer
groups
Process enrollments, plan changes, and disenrollment
transactions
Provide support on eligibility inquiries and communicate policies
and benefits to members
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Two years of general office work experience
One year of experience in an HMO insurance or medical setting
preferred
